Thi is a layout conversion of a 3 bedrooms family apartment converted into a 2 bedrooms luxury apartment.

The client wanted to explore options to make the most of the available area in order to create a more comfortable and luxury apartment for him and his wife.

See below the BEFORE layout.

The existing layout was efficient providing three bedrooms, but they were narrow and none of them had an En-Suit.

I don’t know about you, but I also don’t like to much to have beds against a window. It makes it difficult to have a nicely decorated bed with a headboard if there isn’t a flat surface behind the bed and. The rooms are also so narrow that having a bigger bed or having the bed rotated doesn’t help at all. You would run out of space to walk around the bed and access to opening the window would be very limited.

Although efficient in terms of number of bedrooms, this layout was not the greatest.

The new proposal provided a bigger Master Bedroom with a bright walking closet and En-suite with standing bath.

The kitchen has been converted into a classy open plan kitchen with a clean design and a big island.

It has been added plenty of storage space including a utility room for a washing machine and drier. Who wants to see and hear the laundry right?
